Therese is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with over 10 years of catering and fine dining experience. She has worked at places like the Four Seasons Hotel in NYC, has done private chef work for celebrities and is founder of Black Culinary History.
Expect delicious, elegant hors d'ouvres to be passed during the event as well as an amazing fruit and cheese display. For our VIP ticket holders, there will be a special wine tasting sponsored by Tajze Wine and R&B Lounge. The wines will be paired with appetizers created specifically to go with the wines.
